Chairmen

The chairmen of the chapter are a group of people that have official responsibilities. Chairmen are appointed by either the Sgan or Moreh.

Chairmen are almost never the same throughout terms, as the Sgan and Moreh get to decide what they are. Chairmen have smaller responsibilities than board positions.
